These Terms and Conditions together with Privacy Policy and Legal Warning constitute the entire agreement between TodoTrades (“TodoTrades”, “Company”) and the Customer (“Customer”, “you”) 

By accessing and using the TodoTrades platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern TodoTrades’ relationship with you in relation to this platform. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our platform.

  • User: Any individual or entity accessing or using the TodoTrades platform.
  • Content: All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, and computer code provided by TodoTrades.

3. Use of the Platform

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

5. Refund Policy 

Withdrawal Over 14 Days Before Course Start

  • Eligibility: Customers who withdraw more than 14 days before the course begins.
  • Refund Amount: Entitled to a full refund minus a 15% processing fee.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 45 days of the claim.

Withdrawal Within 14 Days Before Course Start

  • Eligibility: Customers who withdraw up to 14 days before the course begins.
  • Refund Amount: Entitled to a 50% refund.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 45 days of the claim.

Withdrawal After Course Commencement

  • Eligibility: No refunds for Customers who withdraw after the course has started.

Course Deferral

  • Eligibility: Customers who defer their course waive the right to apply for a refund.
  • Conditions: If a student defers and then fails or withdraws from the course, no refunds will be given unless exceptional circumstances are determined.
  • Decision Authority: The Company’s Management has the sole discretion to decide if the circumstances are exceptional.

Refund Processing Time

  • General Processing: Any refunds granted under this policy will be processed within 45 working days of the claim.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided on the TodoTrades platform is the property of TodoTrades or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content provided on the platform without explicit written permission from TodoTrades.

7. Confidentiality

You must not, unless authorized by TodoTrades, disclose to any person, firm, company, or other organization any confidential information belonging to TodoTrades or relating to its business or dealings that you may acquire during your association with TodoTrades. This includes all documents, notes, and any copies or extracts thereof made or acquired by you during your time with TodoTrades. All such information and documents are to be considered strictly confidential.

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Engage in any unlawful activities while using the platform.
  • Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm TodoTrades or the interests or property of TodoTrades users.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to TodoTrades’ computer systems or networks.

Termination by Company: The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the website and related services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms or any illegal or inappropriate use of the website. Upon termination, your right to use the website will immediately cease.
